PostCraze provides an AI-powered platform that generates social media content optimized for multiple platforms (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Threads), along with scheduling and analytics tools.

2. Account Registration

To use PostCraze, you must create an account using Google sign-in through Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PostCraze to:

• Generate spam, misleading, or deceptive content
• Violate any social media platform's terms of service
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer our AI systems
• Exceed rate limits or abuse the service

4. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by PostCraze's AI is created as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before publishing. PostCraze does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create and publish through PostCraze. By using our service, you grant PostCraze a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing our service (content generation, scheduling, and publishing).

6. Social Media Platform Integration

PostCraze connects to third-party social media platforms through their official APIs. You must comply with each platform's terms of service when publishing content. PostCraze is not responsible for actions taken by social media platforms regarding your content or account.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled posts may be affected by platform API outages or rate limits.

8. Limitation of Liability

PostCraze is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, missed scheduled posts, or content publishing failures.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PostCraze after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
